Our story

A Main Street shop, risen again.

For decades, this corner of downtown Randolph has been a place to find something lovely — first as Blue Moon, then as New Moon. It has always been the kind of shop you come into to browse for an hour and leave with a small treasure.

In March 2026, Kelly Hill and Kelly Fullam reopened it as Rising Star Boutique — keeping that warm, welcoming spirit and adding something new: racks of bohemian clothing, cases of jewelry, shelves of books, cards and gifts, and a brand-new in-house tailoring service.
